Fayds Rules for Using the App

By using Fayds, you agree to the following rules. Violations may result in content removal, point or reward forfeiture, account suspension, or termination.
1. Age Requirement
• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Misrepresenting your age may lead to account suspension or termination.
2. Account & Conduct
• Only one account per user is allowed.
• Keep your account login secure; do not share with others.
• Do not impersonate other users or public figures.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior are prohibited.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
• You must own or have permission for all content uploaded.
• Prohibited content includes pornography, illegal activity, graphic violence, self-harm, harassment, spam, and copyrighted material without permission.
• Users may report unsafe or prohibited content through the in-app Report feature.
• All content is subject to moderation by [APP NAME].
4. Points System
• Points are virtual and have no cash value.
• Points may be earned and given to other users for skill or creativity, but cannot be given to yourself.
• Attempting to manipulate points (bots, fake accounts, automation) is strictly prohibited.
• Points may expire or be adjusted at our discretion.
5. Rewards
• Points can be redeemed in-app only for prizes or gift cards.
• Rewards are fixed-value and guaranteed upon redemption, subject to availability.
• Gift cards and third-party rewards are subject to issuer terms.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
6. Subscriptions
• Paid subscriptions may provide points to give to other users only.
• Subscription points cannot influence contests or rankings.
• Subscriptions offer features, convenience, or exclusive content only.
7. Contests & Skill-Based Challenges
• Any contests or skill-based challenges are governed by separate rules and judging criteria.
• Winners are determined by skill, creativity, and merit, not chance.
• Likes, votes, or subscriptions do not influence contest outcomes.
• Participants must follow contest-specific rules to avoid disqualification.
8. Intellectual Property
• Respect copyright and trademarks.
• You may not upload content you do not have rights to.
• DMCA takedown procedures are in place for copyright violations.
9. Privacy & Safety
• Do not share personal information of yourself or others (addresses, phone numbers, financial info).
• Use the App responsibly; unsafe behavior may result in account suspension.
• Reports of harassment, threats, or illegal activity will be reviewed promptly.
10. Enforcement
• Fayds may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access to points, rewards, or features for violations.
• Enforcement decisions are final.
• Users can report issues via the in-app Report feature or contact support at Faydgroup@fayds.com.
11. Legal Compliance
• All activity must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Points and rewards are not cash and do not constitute gambling or a lottery.
• Subscriptions and rewards comply with App Store and Google Play rules.
12. Updates to Rules
• We may update these rules at any time.
• Updated rules take effect immediately upon posting in-app.
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
