Fayds Rewards Store Terms & Conditions

By using the Fayds Rewards Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before redeeming votes.
1. Eligibility
• Rewards redemptions are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
• Users must have a valid account in the Fayds app.
• Residents of jurisdictions where these Terms are prohibited by law may not participate.
2. Votes
• Votes are earned through in-app activities, including posting videos, receiving likes, or completing challenges.
• Votes have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Votes are non-transferable between accounts.
• Votes may expire after [12 months] of inactivity, as displayed in the app.
3. Rewards
• Rewards are available for redemption at fixed vote thresholds as displayed in the app.
• Redemption of votes guarantees delivery of the selected reward, subject to inventory and fulfillment policies.
• Rewards may include:
• Gift cards (digital or physical)
• App merchandise
• Digital items or account badges
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., gift card provider rules).
4. Redemption Process
• To redeem, users must select a reward and confirm the redemption.
• Upon confirmation, the corresponding number of votes will be deducted immediately from the user’s account.
• Digital rewards will be delivered via email or in-app. Physical rewards require a valid shipping address.
• Redemption may be subject to verification of account and user eligibility.
5. Taxes
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving rewards.
• Sponsor may issue tax forms if required by law for certain rewards.
6. Inventory & Availability
• Rewards are subject to availability.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value.
• All rewards are offered “as is” without warranties.
7. Account & Security
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login.
• Votes or rewards lost due to unauthorized access will not be replaced if Sponsor determines that reasonable security measures were not followed.
8. Modifications
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Store or its Terms at any time, with or without notice.
• Any updates will be reflected in-app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
9. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Rewards Store or use of rewards.
• Sponsor’s total liability is limited to the value of the reward redeemed.
10. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from the Rewards Store must first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tampa, Florida.
