FAYDS is a platform for creative expression, talent recognition, and community engagement. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all users must follow these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or account termination.
1. Age Requirement
• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Misrepresenting your age may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Respectful Interaction
• Treat all users with respect and kindness.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying will not be tolerated.
• Do not impersonate other users or public figures.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
When posting content:
• Ensure you own or have permission for all material (video, audio, images, music, or text).
• Do not post illegal, pornographic, or offensive content.
• Avoid spam, repetitive posts, or misleading content.
• Points can be awarded to others for skill or creativity, but not for content that violates these Guidelines.
4. Points & Rewards
• Points are intended to recognize talent and creative effort.
• Users cannot give points to themselves.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the points system (bots, fake accounts, automated voting).
• Rewards and gift cards must be redeemed according to the app’s rules; exploitation or fraud is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
• Respect others’ intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload copyrighted music, video, or images unless you own the rights or have a valid license.
• Report suspected copyright violations via our DMCA process.
6. Privacy & Safety
• Do not post personal information about yourself or others (addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, financial info).
• Avoid sharing content that could put yourself or others at risk.
• Report unsafe behavior or harassment immediately.
7. Prohibited Content
Do not post or share content that includes:
• Hate speech, discrimination, or threats of violence
• Sexual content or nudity
• Self-harm, promotion of violence, or illegal activities
• Spam, scams, phishing, or malware
8. Contests & Challenges
• Any contests or skill-based challenges have separate rules and judging criteria.
• Points, likes, or subscriptions cannot influence contest outcomes.
• Follow contest-specific rules closely; violating them may result in disqualification.
9. Enforcement & Reporting
We may:
• Remove violating content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Temporarily restrict features
• Take legal action if required

10. Transparency & Fairness
• Decisions on content moderation, points, or rewards are final.
• We may update these guidelines to reflect community feedback, legal requirements, or platform changes.
• Updates will be communicated in-app and posted online.
11. Responsible Use
• Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Avoid attempts to exploit the App, its users, or any rewards system.
• Participation in the community is voluntary and subject to these rules.
